NATURA organic punch & mold release oil

NSF-H3 Food Grade Organic Punch & Die Release Oil is aromatic free, non-toxic, low odor and petroleum free. For manufacturing processes that require a release agent or stamping oil to produce a product by compression, extrusion, stamping and molding. The thin lubricating and release film does not evaporate. As a result, sheets and molds cannot stick together and thus achieve a cooling effect. The mapo germic acid technology ensures sufficient lubrication and corrosion protection in the cutting/punching area. Application by spray steel, spraying or mist application. Used in the aluminum die casting industry, plastic injection molding production, extrusion of aluminum, metalworking industry, etc.
