Complaints:

Receipt of the goods must be confirmed to the freight forwarder. Complaints about transport damage must be made immediately upon receipt of the goods.

Our products are only delivered in containers with original control caps. Containers with damaged original control caps must be rejected.

Rental containers: All containers are disposable containers, with the exception of: IBC containers (deposit fee € 150.00) and AdBlue containers (deposit fee € 250.00). The deposit fee will only be refunded if the original seal is undamaged.

Goods can only be returned in clean, sealed and undamaged containers - handling fee € 50.00.

Return of IBC containers by mapo Schmierstofftechnik GmbH is subject to a fee of €120.00 per unit (freight, processing, etc.)

60 liter and 208 liter steel drums are loan containers without a deposit.

If the Euro pallets are not returned, a charge of €20.00 per unit will be made.

 

Disposal information:

Empty lubricant containers cannot be disposed of via ARA. Such containers are classified as "hazardous waste" according to Ö-NORM S 2101 and must therefore be disposed of properly with an accompanying document.

Transport packaging (cardboard boxes, foil, etc.), provided they are not dirty, can be returned to us during delivery or sent to the bonus partner collection system.

Used lubricants (used oil) are subject to the Austrian Waste Management Act. They are accepted by properly set up used oil collection points. Any improper disposal is punishable and endangers our environment.

According to the decision of the price subcommittee of the Joint Commission of November 21, 1988, a disposal cost surcharge of € 0.50 per liter of oil (including VAT) is added to these prices when sold through service stations.

 

 

OEM original products (with manufacturer labels, etc.)

are only delivered to the vehicle manufacturer.
